What the relocation of one or more industrial machines includes
1. Technical Survey and Planning
We conduct a site inspection and detailed activity planning because punctuality in equipment installation is essential to avoid time losses, extra shutdowns, or productivity drops.
2. Disassembly and Reassembly
We disassemble your machinery, cataloging and photographing each component. Upon arrival at the new location, we reassemble it according to the previous layout, secure it to the floor, and verify proper installation together with you.
3. Lifting
We use electric cranes, lifting trolleys, and hydraulic jacks to lift machinery even in confined spaces, without damaging floors or the machinery itself.
4. Handling
We move machinery in and out of facilities with electric equipment that fits anywhere. From roller systems for heavy loads to radio-controlled cranes for millimeter-precise positioning.
5. Transport
We handle both standard and crane truck transport and exceptional loads. For large presses, long production lines, or oversized machinery, we independently arrange all necessary permits and authorizations.
