How we work
1. Analysis of the oversize load
We start with the weight, dimensions, and destination of the oversize load. We evaluate whether it is truly more cost-effective to dismantle the system or transport it whole, thereby reducing labor hours and the risk of error during reassembly. Based on this, we select the most suitable truck for the oversize transport (low-loader, modular, or extendable flatbed).
2. Route planning and permits
Once the load is defined, we study the route: bridges, underpasses, narrowings, and local road conditions. With this data, we initiate authorization requests for oversize transport with the relevant authorities through our trusted agency and organize any mandatory technical escorts.
3. Management of permits and escorts
We manage the process until the permits are issued, reviewing requirements and travel conditions with the driver. Where an escort is required, we book it through specialized partners; on specific sections, we can also provide our own support vehicle with warning signs and flashing lights.
4. Loading, travel, and unloading with cranes
We arrive at your facility with trucks and equipment to safely load the oversize cargo, often with the assistance of our cranes. During the journey, the transport is monitored, and at the destination, we handle unloading and positioning, integrating internal handling and assembly where necessary, so you do not have to coordinate different suppliers.
